I was blown away by how original all the different ideas in this book were, and by the fantastic writing. It's a YA book, but it's much older sounding than what I expected. By older, I don't mean inappropriate for high schoolers, but older in that the events were so well thought out with a cohesive story. The writing pulled me in from the start, and I was on page 30 before I knew it. I'm an adult, and I've read a few YA books because they are usually fun. This was fun but serious as well. The ending was not what I expected - which is hard to find these days.

I really enjoyed this book and found myself sad when I finished it because it was such a fun, fast read. I love YA science fiction, adventure, and romance so this was a good mixture of all three.
I had a hard time putting it down. It was so fun and sweet. The characters developed wonderfully and i can't wait for the next book
This book was absolutely fantastic! I read it awhile ago and I still think about it. It was so good. I hope there are more stories to come from this world. I highly recommend it!
This read was just what I was looking for. I love super hero's but reading about a super villain is awesome. I'm glad that the hero turned out to be someone else. I can't tell you who but read and you too will see.
I loved the entire book. I wanted to binge my way through the whole thing! I loved the personalities of the characters and the plot as a whole. The mystery was engaging even though I guessed what was happening, it was still a great journey there! This publishing company is starting to really stand out to me as one that produces a lot of books that are 5 star reads for me! Can't wait to read more by them and by this author!
... but a really great feel good read. A slice of life superhero story (almost, the main character isn't the superhero) and I'm a sucker for those. If I should criticise something, is that I really want a bit more worldbuilding and perhaps less of glossing over consequences of actions, a bit more edge and pseudo realism to the superheroes, it is down there but don't really surface in the story.
But the characters are interesting and pretty well written. I really hope the author continue writing superhero stories, because I'm certain she will mature into something awesome!
This was everything I hoped it would be! This was smart and funny and romantic and perfectly paced. I loved Abby. What a great character! And the collection of heroes and villains around her are a delight. But even without powers, Abby is still a force to be reckoned with. Highly recommend! (some language)
